II. Solicitation of Barras de color Comments and Hearings On October 3, 2005, the Register initiated the current rulemaking proceeding cambiar color barra herramienta to section 1201(a)(1)(C) with publication of a Notice of Inquiry.5 The Copyright Office received 74 cambiar color barra estado comments proposing a class or classes of works for exemption. Supporters and opponents of these proposals filed 35 patron barra color comments. Four days of barras de color hearings were conducted in Barras de color 2006 in Washington, D.C., and Palo Alto, California. Following the hearings, the Office sent barras de color�up questions to some of the cambiar color barra estado witnesses, and responses were received during the cambiar color barra herramienta.
